Natalie Rocha dominated a talented field of women players at the fourth stop on the Gulf Coast Women’s Regional Billiards Tour, held at Big Tyme Billiards in Spring, Texas. Rocha plowed through an all-star lineup of players, but was defeated in the first set of the true double elimination finals by Ashley Julian, 7-4. In overtime, Rocha regrouped to capture the final set, and her second victory of the season, 5-2.

On April 11th, 2026, sponsors Poison by Predator Cues, Predator Cues, Outsville Billiards, Team Straight Pool Eye, and newest sponsor, Rack IQ, produced another successful event for the women of the Gulf Coast Tour. The two-day event featured a $500 added purse, drew 12 players, and paid out $800 in prize money. Big Tyme Billiards provided twenty-four, 7’ bar tables for match play, all covered in Predator Arcadia Reserve, tournament blue cloth, in a smoke-free environment. Predator provided Arcos II Pool Balls and Outsville Billiards supplied the Accu-Rack template racks, for discussion-free racking.
Rocha, Julian
In the final eight on the winners’ side, Courtney Peters defeated Ashley Julian, 7-5, while Yvonne “The Casher” Asher denied Annie Swelgin, 7-6. Natalie Rocha detoured Tiffany Huvar, 7-2, and Teresa Garland fended off Velma Vela, 7-3. In the next round, Asher ousted Julian, 7-5, and Rocha sent Garland west, 7-4. The hotseat match witnessed Asher fall to Rocha, 7-4. On the west side and in the final eight, Peters shutout Swelgin, 5-0, but lost to Garland, 5-3. Lisa Smith eliminated Christie Castro, 5-0, but lost to Julian by the same score. Julian ended Garland, 5-1, and Asher, 5-3, to meet Rocha in the finals. After winning three, consecutive matches, Julian came out firing against Rocha. She captured the first set, 7-4, but ran out of steam in overtime, 5-2. The Tour would like to congratulate Natalie Rocha on her second victory of the season.
